SHIPPING & DELIVERY

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we ship worldwide – with a few exceptions.

We are currently unable to deliver to the following countries:

Argentina, Australia, Cuba, Djibouti, Guadeloupe, Iran, Iraq, Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Norway, Réunion, Samoa, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, State of Palestine, Sudan, Switzerland, Syria, United States of America (USA), Ukraine, Yemen.

We are continually working to expand our shipping options so you can wear RIZE worldwide.

CAN I DELIVER TO A PACKSTATION?

Yes, within Germany you can also have your order delivered to a DHL Packstation.

To do this, you must provide the following information during checkout:

  • First and Last Name
  • Postal number (your personal DHL customer number)
  • Packstation number
  • Postcode and location of the Packstation

In the “Street address” field, enter the Packstation number, and in the “Apartment no.” field, enter your postal code.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping costs depend on the destination country:

  • Germany : €5.90 Standard (3-5 working days) | free for orders over €100
  • Austria : €6.90 Standard (4-6 business days) | free for orders over €150
  • EU (e.g. Italy, Spain, France, Poland, Greece) : 9.90 € Standard (4-7 working days) | free from 150 €
  • International : €19.90 Standard (7–14 business days) | free for orders over €250

The exact costs will be displayed during checkout.

All orders will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking via email.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Delivery time depends on the destination country:

  • Germany : 3–5 working days
  • Austria : 4–6 working days
  • EU (e.g. Italy, Spain, France, Poland, Greece) : 4–7 working days
  • International : 7–14 business days

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking information via email.

WILL I GET A TRACK NUMBER?

Yes – as soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. So you can check where your package is at any time.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES OR TAXES?

All prices in the shop include VAT.

There are no additional taxes for orders within the EU.

For orders outside the EU, customs duties may apply, which are the customer's responsibility. We have no control over these fees.

RETURN & CANCELLATION

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all accessories.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt – without giving any reason.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • The goods must be returned unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.

HOW DO THE SIZES FIT?

Our shirts are oversized and therefore run larger than regular T-shirts. In most cases, we recommend choosing a size smaller than usual. Those who prefer a looser, roomier look can also order their regular size.

To help you make the right choice, we've created a detailed size chart that takes height and weight into account. This helps you quickly find your way around and avoid returns.

If you are still unsure despite the table, please feel free to contact our support team at any time – we will help you directly and find the right size together.

We offer you a wide selection of secure payment methods:

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PRODUCTS CORRECTLY?

To ensure you enjoy your piece for a long time, we recommend the following care instructions:

  • Easy-care wash at 30 °C
  • Wash with similar colors
  • Wash and iron inside out
  • Do not iron directly on the print
  • Do not bleach, do not tumble dry

This ensures that the quality of your RIZE piece is maintained for a long time.

Our products are made from high-quality organic cotton under fair conditions.

The finishing process—printing and finishing—is carried out in Germany. This ensures consistently high quality and short delivery routes.
